To do this you only need two things: 1. Current I-tunes account connected to a credit of debit card (Any Country) 2. An alternate email than your I-Tunes account, that you can access. Simply log on to your normal itunes account. Switch stores to the Japanese Store. Then go to the gift Certificate page. Have you tried using a different cdvd plugin? Mount the game with Daemon Tools or a similar program and choose a cdvd -plugin which let's you select an actual, or in our case virtual drive.
